Technical information about accessibility

This website is partially compliant with the Act on Accessibility to Digital Public Services. Non-accessible parts are described below.

Content with known accessibility issues

  • Some links lack accessible names or labels, for example when the content consists of an icon or logo only.
  • Heading levels are not always used in a logical order. For example, H4 may appear before H3, and in some cases the structure skips directly from H1 to H3.
  • Text content is incorrectly marked up as headings (e.g. <h6>) instead of paragraphs. This misrepresents the page structure for assistive technologies.
  • A buttons text lacks enough contrast to pass against it’s background.
  • An image that function as a link lacks an alt text describing the content. In this case a pdf.

Exceptions

Videos published before 2023

Some embedded videos published before current requirements may lack captions or audio descriptions. Updating them has been assessed as a disproportionate burden.

Older documents (PDFs and brochures)

Some older documents may not be fully accessible. Retrofitting them has been assessed as a disproportionate burden.

How we tested the website

Accessibility has been evaluated by Addcode AB using both automated and manual testing.

Methods:

  • Tools: WAVE, Lighthouse (Chrome)
  • Manual testing: Keyboard navigation
